Our team is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to lead our brand management, marketing and sales efforts and facilitate cooperation between these domains.


The role

You will play an integral role in scaling a world-renowned and much-loved SaaS brand from $10M - $50M+ in revenue. We need your strategic mind to unify our excellent sales, marketing, and product teams towards a common goal.

About you

You will fit in well in the Toggl team if you have 5+ years of experience in a high-level sales/marketing position. You have a solid track record of successfully building the brand of a SaaS company with 20M+ revenue. You are comfortable with a fast paced environment and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously across teams. You are data-driven and have strong analytical skills. This role requires leading a team of sales and marketing specialists. You should have experience leading and inspiring teams. You will succeed in this role, if you are self-motivated, have exceptional problem-solving skills and remain composed under pressure. Excellent written and spoken English skills are a must, international and remote work experience is a plus

We are fully remote with a small and dedicated team based around the world. The team works in an agile style using the Kanban framework, prefers documentation over chat, and aims for async communication. You will be working alongside three full stack developers and a product manager.


About the job
  • Frontend focused with some full stack work

Requirements
  • Strong development background with 2+ years of experience with frontend web development using modern frameworks (React or Vue.js, Styled Components etc.)
  • Strong modern CSS skills: Advanced CSS3, flexbox, grid, animations, etc.
  • Strong modern Javascript skills: ES6+, callbacks, promises, async/await, classes, etc.
  • Attention to detail (“pixel perfect”)
  • Experience with ASP.NET
  • Nice to have: Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases, Azure Pipelines or similar CI/CD tools, and experience writing Selenium or other integration tests.
