Job Description

ChiliPiper is hiring a highly creative, organized, and experienced Video Lead to conceptualize, produce, and edit a continuous push of new video content designed to strategically define our brand. We are interested in humanizing our brand and injecting videos (with real Chili Piper employees and customers) creatively into our social media campaigns, webforms, and on our website.

The videos we produce will be on our website and promoted through our expanded presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and other social channels.

The ideal candidate must have experience creating video projects from scratch for a business. People with an artistic, graphic design or video production backgrounds are key. You’ll work very closely with the community, social media, content, and product teams. Our new strategy places a strong emphasis on advocacy and providing a personal nature to our brand. We are looking for someone who is driven to build something unique.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute a comprehensive digital video strategy
  • Edit and produce new compelling video content weekly
  • Work with the social media team to build hooks and content that performs well in terms of engaging our audience and driving views.
  • Gather video from our customers and partners to assist with co-marketing initiatives or other creative video representations of our tool and customers
  • Use tools and native analytics to track metrics and performance of videos and iterate as needed
  • Own self-selected projects that creatively define our brand through a unique presence
  • Design new, creative video campaigns from scratch
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and teams to develop and apply learnings over time
  • Build an audience of thousands across Facebook and Instagram, Youtube and Twitter
  • Execute on existing video campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience editing and producing videos is essential to this role
  • 2-3 years of experience working with video in professional settings
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using video performance analytics tools
  • Someone collaborative, self-motivated, and able to thrive in low-structure environments
  • Understanding of marketing trends
  • Ability to get other team members to provide footage that can be used in campaigns
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a diverse portfolio of work
  • Graphic design experience preferred

About the Team:

We’re in search of a Marketing Coordinator to support our Demand Generation Team and drive performance and efficiency across all marketing channels; including webinars, field events, account-based marketing and digital campaigns. At InVision, the Demand Generation Team is tasked with leveraging the channels above to drive pipeline, opportunity creation, and integrated campaigns that support our wider sales organization. This role reports to the Strategic Marketing Manager under InVision’s Demand Generation function.

What you’ll do:

  • Execute across many marketing channels (events, webinars, digital, etc) to increase awareness, grow lead flow, and support enterprise-wide adoption
  • Own internal communication channels to create transparency across marketing campaigns and increase sales & marketing alignment
  • Build bridges across the wider marketing team to ensure efficiency at the sales level
  • Create and leverage in-person events, webinars, email campaigns, and field marketing programs, among other tactics, to help our sales teams achieve aggressive revenue goals
  • Collaborate closely with the strategic and enterprise sales and customer success teams to understand key business issues facing stakeholders in target accounts and develop customized programs to address them
  • Analyze and evaluate the impact of your programs and campaigns in an easy-to-understand language for sales

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of coordination experience in marketing, communications, and/or events
  • Experience executing B2B marketing campaigns that are tied to sales performance outcomes
  • Ability to partner and inspire cross-functional teams to spearhead complex marketing problems
  • Flexibility to adjust quickly to business needs and evolving priorities - this role oversees emerging markets alongside established ones and will require entrepreneurial thinking by someone who can roll up their sleeves and find creative solutions
  • Excellent communicator with experience partnering with sales

  • Provide support to conference rooms, prepare conference rooms for upcoming presentations, perform the post-conference check for conference room, present customer supplied briefing materials using installed or customer furnished audio-visual equipment, display customer supplied briefings via PowerPoint
