Role

You will be a vital part of our product development team, working closely with the development, design, customer success, and leadership teams to build fast-evolving and unique products. You will be involved in all stages of product development. You will have a real impact on delivering products that help our customers streamline their process of starting, running, and growing their business.


Responsibilities

  • Fully understand Credit Repair Cloud’s business strategy and work to deliver products with our unique mission and perspective in mind.
  • Fully understand our Customer Journey, from first exposure and into an active paid user and beyond.
  • Be a positive and encouraging voice for our team, according to our Company Culture Code.
  • Accountable for creating the end-end flow of features in all aspects of product management.
  • You will closely work with a small team of UX/UI designers and an engineering team to execute on this vision and will be supported by our CTO.
  • Collaborate with the QA team and set goals to be in line with the scope of the feature/product design and to mitigate the risk of any bugs deployed into the production.
  • Conducting market research analysis of competitors/various SaaS businesses.
  • Should be able to create User Stories with supporting documentation for the Product Owner and the dev team to develop User Stories and help define Acceptance Criteria.
  • Deliver world-class software, analyze results from app changes, and suggest improvements.

Results

  • Help prioritize the product roadmap and coordinate the new feature development.
  • Research new feature ideas and suggest improvements to existing features to improve user experience.
  • Act as a liaison between the product development and engineering teams.
  • Suggest product metrics to the management to evaluate the product/feature performance.
  • Optimum use of analytics data to suggest changes and ensure the app is constantly on par with the metrics defined by you.


Requirements: Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience working as a full-time Product Manager in a SaaS company, delivering complex products.
  • Good understanding of working with API’s.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience in presenting ideas to key contributors throughout an organization.
  • Experience defining and helping develop new feature sets from inception to launch.
  • Prior experience working with Engineering teams and UI/UX designers.
  • Prior experience working with remote teams.


Requirements: Nice to Have

  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies in a Scrum environment.
  • Previous experience working in a CI/CD environment.
  • Bonus: If you are a wireframe ninja.

As a Technical Writer you will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to create in-depth technical documentation for Recharge’s solutions and emerging products. You will be supporting existing product/process documentation as well as documenting new features and applications that arise. The documentation created will be made available to support our customer base and partners from a technical standpoint.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver high quality, user-friendly documentation for customers, partners and internal consumers.
  • Collaborate and communicate with Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams to gather and research relevant information to enable successful documentation.
  • Track and lead project efforts: reviewing, editing and updating new and existing API documentation to validate for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and overall quality.
  • Worked with distributed, dynamic, agile software engineering teams.
  • Be a technical leader that drives project processes and technical projects to meet time sensitive deadlines.
  • Maintain continuous training on the ReCharge platform and new features.


What You’ll Bring

  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical writing role within a SaaS or Ecommerce organization
  • Recent, relevant experience writing API documentation and familiarity with SaaS
  • Strong working knowledge of documentation tools
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing to both technical and non-technical people
  • Strong verbal communication skills to be able to excel in working cross functionally
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to work remotely and make an impact at a start-up
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead with an inspiring vision and strategy for our mobile and web products.
  • You will create and own your roadmap based on that vision and strategy; measure and increase overall product portfolio health and performance; understand market demands; negotiate priorities; and take acceptable risks to maximize the value for our customer and business.
  • Validate problems, opportunities and solutions with users, feedback and data.
  • Maximize the value of our company's product offerings and the productivity of your development squad.
  • Orchestrate internal and external engineering teams using Agile methodologies to deliver on our vision including product roadmap development, sprint planning, user story creation, backlog prioritization and grooming.
  • Lead all aspects of the mobile product creation, including gathering and prioritizing user requirements, writing specifications and working closely with engineering, analytics, product management, marketing and business to ensure product goals are met.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs to drive product definition and positioning.
  • Engage directly and regularly with customers to gain in-depth understanding of their business processes and product needs.
  • Perform competitive analysis and market research to guide product planning.
  • Work closely with the UX team to drive user research and testing, and with design to create delightful experiences for job seekers.
  • Influence other product teams and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes in your focus areas.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management within fast-paced, agile environments.
  • SaaS enterprise mobile and web product experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with mobile interface design on iOS, Android and mobile web platforms with proficiency in the Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design Specification.
  • A rich understanding of app ecosystems and related technologies.
  • Excellent judgment, advocacy, communication and prioritization skills.
  • Critical thinking skills to quickly make and measure decisions across products during planning and execution.
  • Strong business & financial acumen to set the right goals and targets.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Experience working in a remote team.
  • Analytical and customer mindset in solving problems.
