Role Description

Remote Year’s Program Placement team is searching for experienced consumer sales representatives, who we call Program Consultants, to match potential participants with the right Remote Year itinerary and community. Our Program Consultants act as the face of Remote Year to our customers, they are responsible for filling each community we launch. You will readily bring your drive, empathy, and consultative sales skills to this role. Ideally, you love being coached to succeed and working with your teammates to surpass all of your goals.


Responsibilities:
  • By deploying our sales process, best practices, systems, and deep product knowledge you lead our customers through an inclusive consultative sales process.
  • Build strong relationships through clear honest communication with both our customers and the Program Placement Team.
  • Actively collect data on your performance to grow. Using Salesforce, you track every lead in your pipeline and know immediately which leads to prioritize.
  • As a salesperson, you are accountable to daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
  • Undergo extensive sales development and coaching to perfect your performance at any point in the conversion process.
  • Use all of the sales tools given to you and provide consistent feedback to your managers on process functionality.

What You Bring:
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in consumer sales.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
  • Ability to perform at a high level, in a fast pace startup work environment.
  • Amazing communication skills and willingness to accept constructive feedback.
  • A coachable and adaptable mindset.
  • A deep curiosity for people and what motivates them to leave their comfort zone.
  • A willingness to collaborate and work as a team to win.

Preferred Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience selling something experiential or an emotional sale.
  • Experience selling B2C or B2B with one or two decision makers and a quick turnaround.
  • Experience selling with a fully distributed team.
  • Experience selling new products.
  • Startup experience.

CrazyGames, a fast-growing browser games platform, is looking for a remote Full-stack Typescript Software Engineer.

You will be the main full-stack developer working on a complex responsive server-side rendered React application. The application has built-in internationalisation and high performance requirements. It is made with Typescript, Node.js, Next.js, and GraphQL. You will be working with our tech lead and front-end engineer on code used by up to 1 million people every day.


In a typical day you might:
  • Improve our performance by running testing tools, experimenting, and diving into browser rendering specifics.
  • Build a complete new feature based on a 1 page specification (all the way from the database migration to the react component).
  • Propose and implement improvements to our build system and testing framework.

Key outcomes for the role:
  • Within 2 weeks you pick up and close your first issues independently.
  • Within 1 month, you can fully understand and give valuable feedback on complex Pull Requests.
  • Within 2 months, you achieve a development speed similar to the rest of our team.
  • Within 3 months, you execute an investigation task and have made a 1 page proposal on how to solve a complex technical problem.
  • Within 4 months you fully understand the codebase of the main project that you will be working on, XX lines of code at the moment.
  • Within 6 months, you fully understand the codebase of a secondary project.
  • Within 12 months, you re-organize and improve critical pieces of code.

The Opportunity

You will be joining a team of 12 engineers who work closely with our tech ops, support, product and customer teams.   • Contributing to our many open source projects and adding to the capability of our data pipeline.

We manufacture unique architectural building solutions which require multiple families to model (walls, doors, electrical, millwork, etc). This position is open for remote work from the comfort of your own home in any time zone from the Pacific coast of North America east to Europe.

This role is technical. Some of your time may be spent on project work, but most of your time will be spent solving technical issues to enable other Revit designers to work more efficiently.


Requirements
  • Expert (really!) with building and maintaining a Revit family library.
  • Knowledge of Revit best-practices.
  • Experience developing processes to ensure best-practices are followed.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously acting as technical support resource for Revit designers.
  • Experience with lighting and rendering, or an interest in learning.
  • Experience supporting toolsets for three versions of Revit simultaneously.

Bonus Points
  • Experience with AutoDesk products: AutoCad, Inventor.
  • Experience with plug-in development.
