YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a detail oriented customer service professional interested in becoming part of our global Superside community.

  • Work from home / remotely, with a fixed schedule of 6-8 hours per shift.
  • We are primarily looking for offshore candidates outside the US/Canada and Western Europe.
  • As part of the customer service team, you will be expected to answer incoming requests from existing and potential new clients using our chat and email applications. This ranges from answering clients with ongoing projects and referring them to their project manager, answering questions about the products and services we provide, how Superside works, pricing and more, and providing help and assistance to clients in general.
  • You will have to use your own judgement to figure out what to reply and which actions are necessary in each specific case.
  • You will also support the project management team and client development team to understand different clients’ needs and provide clients with the best experience.
  • Keep track of client communications to identify possible signs of dissatisfaction.
  • Gather data on new Superside accounts.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Past customer service experience is a bonus!

As a Front End Quality Assurance Analyst you will be involved in bringing exciting new features to market. What you will do

Who you are

  • Knowledge of the crypto space and how to use cryptocurrencies
  • Have experience in mobile and/or web front end product testing as part of a team
  • Exchange experience (either equities or crypto). You can explain a long vs short position as well as market versus limit order types. Desirable that you can explain maker and taker fees and when such fees are appropriate; advanced order types and conditional close orders
  • Either certification from an accredited source of QA training OR a degree in computer science OR 3 years of experience in QA related to user interfaces and web and/or mobile applications

About this Role

You will be our first dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist leading recruiting for highly critical roles to grow the Chainlink team. You will build relationships with our Head of Engineering, CMO, and CEO to understand the team’s needs and leverage your connections and expertise from working in blockchain space to find great technical talent. You will oversee all sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate experience. You will also work closely with our Head of People on internal company-wide planning and initiatives related to team growth. Your Impact:

  • Oversee end to end recruitment and select key hires to grow our team

  • Work closely with Head of People to run initiatives to attract and retain the best talent

Job requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in the blockchain space required
  • 2-5 years of experience working on a people, recruiting, or sales team at a technical company a strong plus
  • Experience building outbound pipelines for business development or recruiting
  • Comfortable reaching out to potential candidates and building relationships for future hiring
  • Extremely organized, great at managing time, and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work closely with hiring managers to deliver

This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, though we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
