NOW HIRING: Graphic Designers

EmoryDay is looking for talented website designers who have the ability to code their own work using HTML and CSS to join our team of freelance graphic designers. Our projects range from simple WordPress landing pages to elaborate multi-page Joomla-based websites to custom designed e-commerce websites. We also provide a number of non-website design services such as banner ads, html emails, logos, and brochures.

Experience:

Our ideal candidate(s) is an extremely talented designer who can code their own work, think independently, and be available during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST) as well as after business hours when necessary.

Skills:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Photoshop
  • HTML 5
  • CSS 3
  • Front End Development
  • Word Press and/or Joomla
  • Responsive Design
  • Experience using web-based tools such as Google Drive, Basecamp, etc.
  • Expertise with Magento and Boot Strap highly desired, but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Complete projects on time as assigned by Account Manager
  • Attend client conference calls and present design concepts

Work Environment:

All of our consultants and employees work virtually. The opportunity provides a certain amount of flexibility timing and the number of hours worked. Most of our consultants work from home offices and each provide their own computers to work from.

Compensation:

The compensation for the position is flexible based on experience, availability and number of projects you want to work on.
