In hockey-stick growth mode now, we are scaling the product engineering team and looking to add a backend generalist, skilled in Python, to play an critical role in building out the 6th generation of our software. Join us on one incredibly noble mission. Solve hiring.

What’s important to us:

• Proficiency in Python / Flask (fan of PEP8 a plus!)
• 2+ years production/deployment experience in Python (Elixir a plus!)
• Willingness to operate and iterate quickly ("fail fast")
• Great attitude. Fast learner. Loves a challenge. Will jump on anything thrown your way
• Is always learning, growing, getting better; ever-seeking to improve his/her technical skills
• Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Postgres
• Production Ubuntu experience
• Experience/working knowledge of ETL processes and data integrations at a high level
• Local candidate willing to get together at Gangplank in the heart of downtown Chandler 2-3 days a week
• Open source advocate and contributor a plus!
