At Clipboard Health (YC W17) we work with healthcare facilities such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, and rehab centers to provide on-demand nursing staff. Our mission is to enable healthcare professionals to work when they want, and where they want, and to enable healthcare facilities to get staff when they need it.

CBH is looking for an Account Receivable Specialist who is hungry and a great negotiator. You and your team will own billings and accounts receivable for the Company, collecting on our outstanding invoices from our customers. This job is fully remote, and provides many opportunities to grow your career.


Responsibilities:
  • Outbound collections: make outbound customer calls with the objective of collecting on delinquent payment, and of negotiating payment
  • Inbound collections - handle customer calls on all accounts receivable and billings related matters
  • Design and improve our collections processes
  • Analyze delinquent accounts and make resolution recommendations

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of collections and AR experience
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excel modeling
