CBH is looking for a Chief of Staff who is hungry and entrepreneurial. You’ll work closely with the senior management team to tackle all areas of a growing startup, and develop an exceptional array of operational skills. You’ll be our trusted partner, and the “go to” person for developing strategic ideas and problem solving.

We’re looking for someone who’s a fast learner, can ruthlessly prioritize, is a strong storyteller and wants to help shape the future of healthcare technology.


You are a strong candidate if you have:
  • World-class written and verbal communication skills
  • Quantitative skills (i.e. financial modeling)
  • Evidence of excellence in personal or professional pursuits
  • Willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed
  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment
  • Intellectual flexibility and are able to articulate competing views on a topic, decipher the nuances and tradeoffs and determine a path forward
  • The ability to structure a problem set, create relevant solutions and prioritize according to potential business impact
  • A passion for creative problem solving
  • The ability to rise to a challenge and can handle change and uncertainty
