The Truveris engineering team is looking for a technical project manager with a solid ability to grasp current product development needs. This role will collaborate with product managers and business analysts to gather and create user stories, and to assess feasibility through exposure to both front and back-end technologies (JavaScript/Python/PostgreSQL/Linux/AWS, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a high degree of confidence in communicating across engineering and product teams in a collaborative, scaled and agile environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate and lead various scrum meetings (i.e., daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demonstrations) along with tracking and updating activities (meeting notes, tickets, delivery timelines etc.)
Refine and update user stories along with product business partners
Work closely with product management and development to ensure delivery of high-quality product
Track ongoing initiatives in all product areas including infrastructure, and develop project documentation
Perform QA stories to ensure they meet UAT criteria
Provide data-gathering support for data analysis, as well as, ad hoc inquiries
Act as a liaison between technical and business teams
Foster creativity and improve efficiency by removing blockers for development team
Identify and manage risks, process improvements and release planning

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills
Experience in SCRUM, Kanban, SCRUMBAN, or/and similar project management methodologies
Knowledge utilizing Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence/BitBucket)
Technical background will be a plus (former QA, Dev, etc.)
Excellent teamwork, communication, collaboration, interpersonal and facilitation skills
Nice to have: experience with SAFe (scaled agile framework) and healthcare domain
