We're looking for an enthusiastic Technical Sales Engineer. Teramind is growing quickly! In 2020, there is a ton of room for making a huge impact and growing professionally!

This a REMOTE, customer-facing position.

 Responsibilities
  • Drive the adoption and growth of Teramind products in both SME and Enterprise space
  • Respond to customer questions, discuss issues and provide resolutions
  • Become an expert in Teramind products, competitors and the industries we serve
  • Provide pre-sales support including product presentations, demo, POC implementation and deployment consultation
  • Translate product features into value propositions
  • Collaborate with Support / QA / Development and Product team to enhance our products
  • Contribute to a sales-driven environment with quality assurance, up sales, and product demo

 Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role supporting SaaS and Enterprise products
  • Ideally a former programmer, DevOps or IT engineer
  • Technical experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V
  • Understanding of architecture, migrations, and management of hybrid / private cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure
  • General knowledge of Linux
  • Some administrative experience of Windows
  • Previous experience with security solutions is a plus
