We're looking for an enthusiastic Technical Sales Engineer. Teramind is growing quickly! In 2020, there is a ton of room for making a huge impact and growing professionally!
This a REMOTE, customer-facing position.

Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption and growth of Teramind products in both SME and Enterprise space
- Respond to customer questions, discuss issues and provide resolutions
- Become an expert in Teramind products, competitors and the industries we serve
- Provide pre-sales support including product presentations, demo, POC implementation and deployment consultation
- Translate product features into value propositions
- Collaborate with Support / QA / Development and Product team to enhance our products
- Contribute to a sales-driven environment with quality assurance, up sales, and product demo
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role supporting SaaS and Enterprise products
- Ideally a former programmer, DevOps or IT engineer
- Technical experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V
- Understanding of architecture, migrations, and management of hybrid / private cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure
- General knowledge of Linux
- Some administrative experience of Windows
- Previous experience with security solutions is a plus
