TIVVIT is looking for a data-driven Paid Media Program Manager focused on feed-based Paid Social to strategize and implement digital advertising campaigns. Candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of managing paid social campaigns resulting in app download conversion across LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, TickTock, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter. This role calls for a savvy marketer who can take creative ad ideas from conception to fruition and scale appropriate budgets across platforms.


What you'll be doing:

  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to drive brand awareness, increase urgency and expedite conversion via paid social campaigns and search engine marketing
  • Utilize paid advertising platforms and Google Analytics to develop insights and action items intended to increase revenue
  • Relentlessly optimize media spend, and user experience focused on driving maximum efficiency of media spent.
  • Monitor paid media best practices and industry trends to identify new campaign tactics and opportunities.
  • Participate in content strategy and project management meetings for purposes of creating effective campaigns
  • Compile daily, weekly, monthly, and lifetime reports with key performance metrics to quantify results and communicate findings and insights internally
  • Develop advertisement copy and keywords for campaigns with the ultimate objective of generating action, interest and/or engagement from the targeted audience


What you bring to the table:

  • 4-5 years of Paid Media experience and comprehensive understanding of general advertising ecosystem, best practices, and bid and optimization strategies with results in app download for customer acquisition.
  • Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter advertising platforms, as well as Google Analytics, and other related tools, should feel second nature to you
  • Experience with audience segmentation and A/B testing to drive learning and optimizations.
  • Proper project management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Advertising and media agency experience preferred
