We deliver our orders through a homegrown dashboard🚀

Customers love it because they get to choose how they work with us. They can talk with our account managers, or just access the results of their campaigns anytime within their dashboard.

We've been growing fast, so we've decided it’s time to take it to the next level. We're looking to hire a Head Of SEO to join our team and help us build and shape the SEO services of our company. This is a leadership position and you’ll be responsible for the management of team members as well as improving and packaging existing and new services

It's a crucial role that ultimately owns all our SEO services.

Soar sells digital services in the SEO and online marketing space.

We’re 20 strong with weekly happy hours, gaming sessions and gif contests. We’re truly global and we believe in the power of a fully distributed team.

Our services vary, but they’re all used by digital companies -- eCommerce stores, apps, technology products and so on -- to promote their websites or products.

For example, we’ve recently launched a guest posting service.

For this service, we write straightforward, matter-of-fact content on behalf of our clients and publish it across a network of publishers. It’s a simple concept but hard to execute.

Another service we offer is Quora Answers

  • For this service, we research and write answers on behalf of clients on Quora.
  • We research their industry and topics
  • Find the top questions across Quora within a client’s niche
  • Write detailed answers and include backlinks

Maybe you too have felt the pain of buying SEO services from scammy Fiverr vendors with absolutely no quality control and no support capability. Or the opposite experience of buying ridiculously overpriced services from agencies that promise the world and deliver a peanut while dodging your calls.

The typical experience within SEO circles leaves much to be desired, and that’s what we’re working to fix.

As the leader-and-chief of SEO, you’ll be responsible for making sure we’re delivering the best quality SEO services we can. You’ll be managing our initiatives, creating our SEO SOP’s, and following through on new and existing projects and initiatives.

Within your role, you’ll be working alongside a talented SEO Strategist and Associate, as well as the founder & head of operations.

In the mid-to-long term, we’d like you to take the reigns and take ownership of creating new SEO services. For this reason, some entrepreneurial experience would help you succeed in this role. Because it’d allow you to empathize with our clients better.

It’s important to note, we’re trying to build world-class services here. The right person in this role needs to always be asking…

We expect you to be very comfortable around SEO, linkbuilding & project management. Being familiar with current SEO best practices and being able to execute projects and initiatives independently and within a team is critical.


Here are some things a great candidate should have…

  • PhD in Neuroscience. Just kidding ;)
  • Organization in all aspects of work
  • Strong experience with SEO
  • Some agency experience would be great
  • Great English
  • Experience working in remote organizations
  • Experience managing projects and staying organized with tools like Asana, Jira
  • Some entrepreneurial experience would be great
